Problem : How to make our brand more suitable for our users?
As of today, there are numerous social media platforms catering to different types of users and entrepreneurs. We need to think about how we market our app.
Solution : What's the best way to solve this problem?
Make our brand more suitable for our users by deeply understanding them.
Actively gather user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usage data.
Identify their values, pain points, and what they love about our app.
Align our brand’s tone, design, messaging, and features to reflect their lifestyle and expectations.
And last, making our app localised makes our users feel more comfortable to use.
When users feel seen and understood, our brand becomes more than just an app — it becomes their app.
Challenge : What are the obstables for that solution?
1. Getting Honest, Useful Feedback
Users may not always articulate what they truly want or feel.
Low survey/interview response rates can limit insights.
2. Interpreting Feedback Correctly
Feedback can be contradictory or vague.
It’s easy to misread emotional or cultural signals without proper context.
3. Balancing User Needs with Brand Identity
Not every user request should be acted on.
Shifting too much might dilute your brand’s core vision or uniqueness.
4. Keeping Up With Changing User Expectations
User preferences evolve quickly, especially on social platforms.
Staying relevant requires ongoing adaptation, not just a one-time fix.
5. Internal Alignment Across Teams
Marketing, design, and product teams may interpret "user-focused branding" differently.
Consistency across departments is key but hard to maintain.
Summary : My Final Thought
To make our brand more suitable for users, continuously gather feedback and align our brand’s tone, design, and features with their needs and values.
Main Challenge:
Balancing user input with our core brand identity while staying consistent and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
Key to Success:
Create a feedback-driven, user-first culture — but apply insights thoughtfully, not reactively.
